Rail Position: Out 6m

Track Conditions: Soft 5

Track Comments: Always plays fair this track. Inside might chop out a bit later in the day, so they’ll be making ground out in the middle.

Race 5 No. 9 Yogi
Is shaping as an exciting prospect for the Weir stable. He thundered home from second last to win here second up and the money is already there to say he can repeat the victory.

In the same race No. 3 The Thug
Continued to make ground from last and will be at his peak now. He cannot beat Yogi but at big odds is worth considering for the quinella, trifecta and first four.

Luke Nolen is in sparkling form, striking at one in three for wins in the past three weeks.

Race 7 No. 8 Removal had no luck at Flemington last start and there has been solid support for him at double figure odds in.
